So I came across this little trick while grinding final fantasy VII to improve my chances of at least holding my own against the emerald WEAPON, before I
figured out I couldn't beat it anyway without the underwater materia...and yes I did try to kill it with its timer on.
Apart from the islands south of fort condor, the only real place to level up was northern continent, bar the sub base under water which was ok until Marlboro
introduced me to bad breath (which is needed for enemy skill
