Ok guys I am sure this has happened with most people. How has pokemon touch you in a way? As in helping you physically emotionally. How did it give you the confidence you needed in life? It sure did help me. I loved how the first opening came in it gave you some kind of will to see you that everything was going to be ok. Just be the best you can be in person wise. Let people see that you are different. That you worked hard for it. There were the songs that also gave you comfort such as the first opening, together forever, my best friends, all we wanna do, you and me and pokemon, biggest part of my life and pokemon johto opening. There are other songs but this ones were...wow something in those songs helped. I dunno if pokemon has helped you as it has helped me in my past life for reasons. But I would love to know how it did.

I've always used the phrase "catch 'em all" as a motivator personally. To me, you always have to dream big, and of course, catch 'em all. Don't sell yourself short, go big. No matter what anyone says.

Domdof : Nicely said! I couldn't agree with you more than you have just stated in your post. I mean it was a great motivation in a way to help us in life.

It's hard for me to answer this accurately, because I get "motivated" far too easily. Someone could hand me a piece of bread and tell me "you can eat this" and I'll just respond super hyped, like "Yeah! I'll eat this!"

It's pretty silly, thinking about it.

The show doesn't really give me any real motivation overall, but for some reason, I enjoy the motivation that the Mystery Dungeon series gives me. At the same time, I really don't know how to describe it. I guess the themes of hope and trust are there, but why just that series, and not the entire franchise as a whole? The themes are there in almost every Pokémon game.

Pokémon has affected me in many ways.In one way,It would use to Kill time.Also,It would engulf me,And make me instantly buy White 2/Black 2 once I saw it in the store.Pokemon just makes me love it because,The stories are just AWESOME sometimes.I've been affected me in one big way.The words "Gotta Catch Em' All!"has kept me going to catch all of the Pokémon(Sometimes)And fill the dex.

It taught me to be more friendly towards animals.

I don't think it has for me :/ I play Pokémon because it's a cure for my constant boredom lol

Y4123 : I'm not going to lie your post made me to laugh. Its fine not a lot of people have it, some like the game for boredom while others love the game for other reasons. So I can completely understand what you mean. Gamers often get bored so they tend to play hours of gaming when they are. XD
