I really need an experienced hacker to help me figure out what I am doing wrong with this hack I'm making.

Problems So Far (My descriptions probably won't make much sense cause I'm a noob who is bad with words):
1) Map from Pallet Town to Route 21 doesn't switch with a black screen
2) Girl in Pallet Town won't let me change her scripting (only scripting I've tried to change so far)
3) YAPE won't load my hack

Need ROM hacker? most likely you wont find them here hackers are more into downloading on vizzed because they already have all tools an emulators to test there hacks  if need help sign up to romhackingdotnet thats where most vizzed hacks came from theres bunch of elite hackers there http://www.romhacking.net/

dragon_lilly : Romhacking.net will probably be a lot more helpful to you than people here would be. Most people on here that might be making Romhacks are pretty new to it like you, better to go where there are people that are pros making hacks for games.

I also know that there are specific sites for pokemon related hacks. I'm not saying you won't get help here, just that it's more likely to get what you need over at romhacking.net or some similar site.

dragon_lilly : I suggest just getting a program for it like they said normal hacking is increadibley boring and hard,exe's for the most part have symbols that arnt even on your keyboard even the secret ones.
