I didn't learn of this until recently when i was browsing dwviant art, but did you know, up until gen 3 (enerald, sapphire, ruby) you can CUT tall grass! Yes, i'm talking about using the move cut that you get from a hm, can cut grass!
Shocking ain't it? I grew up play sapphire and didn't know about this til now XD
Did anyone here know? This seems to be pretty unheard from what i've seen, most people don't know about this.
Also, does anyone know if this works on hacks of gens 1 to 3, e.g. light paltinum, etc.?

This is something that I didn't know about at all, I never even thought of trying something like that so I would have never found out about it on my own. However it wouldn't have really served me any good because I'm the kind of trainer that loves battling and grinding, so I wouldn't want to get rid of the tall grass in the first place so I can keep battling

I completely forgot about that it was a nice feature to have but having to sit through the animation just to cut it and only being able to cut a small part at a time was a real pain
