Hey guys, this is RDay13. I just came up with this new idea for a thread. Hopefully nobody has already made a thread like this.
Anyway, these are the rules for the thread:
I will start the thread of by giving an example of what to do. Then, I will name a Pokémon and then next person to post will provide a funny pokedex entry for it and select a new Pokémon to identify.

Example:

Person 1: Pikachu

Person 2: Pikachu, the yellow mouse Pokémon. Pikachu is a fat yellow Pokémon that stays with one lousy trainer for several years. No matter how strong it gets, when it enters a new region it resets to level 5. DO NOT go near Pikachu if you are a girl with a bike, as you will probably get burnt and your bike will be destroyed.

The purpose of this thread is just to generate a few laughs.

Next Pokémon is Ariados.

Ariados, the big spider Pokémon.  The Pokemon is known to jump on infants and small children and eat them whole.  The bodies are used to reinforce its exoskeleton.  Ariados are often found at baby showers and large parties.  No one has of yet invented a repellent effective enough to repel them, with the exception of repel in the presence of stronger Pokemon.

EEVEE
The Mutant Raccoon Dog
Type: Normal

 Height:

1'00"       0.3 m
Weight:

14.3 lbs.       6.5 kg

Shape

Footprint

HabitatFields

FriendlinessNormal

Found in cities' Black Markets or two exclusive fields of France and the Japanese Island of Kyushu. Otherwise, it might be found in by eggs from underground breeding houses and select "Friend Parks".
Pokémon Description
Named after the Robot from Wallie after its "Adaptability" concept. It is a descendant from Raccoon Dogs, which are now extinct, that are indigenous to Japan. The Raccoon dogs were used as a lab animal while testing the effects of radiation on wildlife in the Kanto Region. A French Scientist, who specialized in cloning from DNA, fell in love with the 'prospects' of such an adaptable animal and smuggled one to France where he conducted many cloning experiments and preceedingly dumped unstable clones into the wild where they survive to this day. This is why Eevees are more plentiful here than anywhere else in the world, though they are now beginning to repopulate the Japanese Island of Kyushu. They can be sold for large amounts of money in areas that do not have them naturally and can often be seen smuggled in the Black Market. Since the clones have an unstable genetic code they are prized by scientists and professors for experiments.

Mutations
  • Mutates into a gill-bearing aquatic mammal when dipped into radioactive liquid waste. Known as Vaporeon
  • Mutates into a staticy mammal that lets off small electrical shocks, caused by damaged nerves, when exposed to X rays and hooked up to an electrical source. Known as Jolteon
  • Mutates into a Fiery mammal when placed in a nuclear reactor. It can stay aflame for several days before perishing. Known as Flareon.
  • Mutates into a glowing mammal when exposed to strong Ultra Violet radiation. Known as Espeon.
  • Mutates into a near absolute dark mammal when exposed to raw Zevatrons, without interference from nearby Stars. Known as Umbreon.
  • Mutates into a leafy mammal/plant hybrid when exposed to the raw spores of radiated moss near nuclear power plants or nuclear test facilities. Known as Leafeon.
  • Mutates into an Glassy-like mammal when exposed through the vitrification of radioactive waste. Known as Glaceon.
  • Mutates into a perky pinkish mammal with "Magical" abilities when exposed to large amounts of the chemical known as "Fairy Dust" and exposed to gamma rays. Known as Sylveon.
There are currently still test being conducted to find out the extent of its mutation potential.

Next Pokemon in the Pokèdex: Porygon

Glalie: The ugly ice ball Pokémon. Glalie has no real Pokémon abilities besides paralyzing opponents with its ugly face. It has been mistaken to be the devil many times. Glalie is one of the two evolutions of Snorunt. The other one is Froslass, which is much better looking than Glalie. The only thing uglier than Glalie is its evolution, Mega Glalie. Mega Glalie looks like an uglier version of Glalie with a hyperextended jaw.

Next up is Kangaskhan.

Kangaskhan, the enabler pokemon.  When Kangaskhan has a child, it never leaves it's mother's pouch, no matter how much the mother nags it to move out.  This is why the Kangaskhan is hard to find.  There all found in one place, like a safari zone.  The mother feeds the child, protects it from enemies, and provides shelter even at high levels.

Next pokemon, mew

Mew: A purple floating cat Pokémon that seems to like to prank others and play around, much like a little child, despite being older than the planet itself (or something like that). Is supposed to be the God of Pokémon for being the first, but decided instead to give that task to Arceus so it can have more time to play. Ever found that one Pokémon that should be incredibly easy to catch but ends up escaping your Ultra Balls? You've probably found Mew playing a prank on you by posing as a weak little Pokémon and making you waste money in Poké Balls. Congrats.

Next up, Meowth.

Meowth: The smart cat Pokémon. This pokedex entry talks about one specific Meowth. Meowth is an evil, funny cat Pokémon, that has two human slaves, Jessie and James. Meowth wants to gain the approval of his boss, Giovanni, as he fantasizes what he will do with Giovanni's approval all the time. Meowth is the smartest character in all of the Anime, including humans. Meowth would probably be very successful if he had better team members to work with. Meowth's catchphrase is "Meowth, that's right!".

Warning: Do not anger Meowth, as it has been known to use Scratch on people's eyes when it is mad. It has been proven super effective and is probably the reason why Brock can't open his eyes.
