Pokemon Emerald IPS Patch problem

Story: First I thought it'll be a great idea to patch my Pokemon Emerald with Lunar IPS, but instead of patching the GBA File I patched the zipped folder instead. Later I can't Extract the files or copy them any more so I can't play Emerald. Can someone help me solve this problem or am I gonna start Emerald all over.
Error: Ox80004005 shows when I try to Extract

You could delete the zip folder and then re-download it. Afterward extract it and patch the rom.

I see that you posted this in the Retro Game Room forum (before I moved it to Help Forum), are you asking about a game in your RGR Plugin Data folder?

If not, then download it like you did before, and right-click the zip archive and select the method of extracting. You might have 7-zip, or WinRar, or simply 'extract'.
