Someone make a good word that we don't have in the English language, and define the word, as well, and you get 2016 Viz.

I am a king of this particular land.  My say-so is not only paramount, it is regal.  (Perhaps, I might entertain complaints about my decision, should they be worthy.  Compensation may ensue.) 

However, such complaints might also suffer the complainer a consequence of disqualification from further games I wish to employ.


The first word  that amuses me and makes me think and possibly incorporate such a word into my vocabulary, I shall award thee with said prize.
