I am pretty sure that all the GBA games work fine. I never had any errors with them. I just tested the games you mentioned and they work fine for me.

When you start a GBA game, what does the page show you (an error message for example)? What browser are you using? Do you have the plug-in installed and what version are you using? Do games for other systems work for you (for example Gameboy)?

The GBA games should be working fine. I tested Horsez and Dogz and they both seem to be working fine as well. (tested both using the Mednafen emulator)
