We're making homemade pizza right now. I put too much cheese on one of them and it has slid off the side a bit and into the oven so now everything is a bit smoky. It's great.

Other than that I expect it will be delicious. Just need to let the smoke clear every time we open the oven.

We got home late today and didn't want to cook much, so we threw some skewers (with turkey, peppers, onions) in a pan, steamed some weird looking vegetable we had in the fridge and warmed up some Uncle Ben's rice.

Quite frankly? I love that sort of meal. I hate fine dining and all the fancy crap, just throwing something in a pan is my style of cooking

Tonight we had some pork thing, I'm not sure what it was exactly but it was alright. We put too much pepper on it though so the taste got a bit overshadowed. We also had small potatoes that we roasted alongside some onions. The potatoes were great but the onions were burnt. Oh and we had broccoli to go with it. Overall like a 5.5/10

I spent a majority of my day munching on baby carrots mostly because I spent a majority of my spring break eating junk food. (sometimes I can't help it during spring break, getting time off when there's nice weather is like Day Parole to me because winters are long and torture in Winnipeg)
