I have 2 rescue jobs that require me to have a TM item. One is for Aerial Ace and the other is for Attract. Where can I find these ones, and what is the best way to find Tms that I need?

Good places to search for TMs are the dungeons (around midway of the main story) like the Great Canyon. Don't try the early dungeons of the game, they don't have any TMs. The more difficult dungeons have a lot of TMs too but it probably takes a while before you complete them.
