I was in the mood to play a few games for the Saturn, but it says that you need a beta ticket. It had a vizzed point cost, but unlike the top items, no where to click to buy it. Is it a restricted item or something?

The option to buy the item is right there for everybody. All you need to do is pick the slot that you want to put the item into but of course this will only work if you have the amount of Viz thats required to buy the item, but other than that, the option to buy the item is there, just click the number you want to put it in.
