So, I got Atlus' newest game in the mail last night, The Legend of Legacy. From the small portion I played last night, so far it's a pretty good game. Is anyone else planning to buy this new 3DS JRPG? If so, then what do you think of it so far?

This is something that I may look into since it's on the 3DS and since I'm a pretty big fan of Atlus. I watched one of the videos about the game and some of it looks pretty cool, however I have seen a few bad reviews on it, saying the overall game is pretty dull, but luckily these are the kinds of games that I like so I probably won't mind.

When I get a PS4 next year I will likely buy a 2DS at the same time so I can enjoy all the Atlus games available and this game will be one of them.

It kind of reminds me of Bastion, except that it's a classic turn-based RPG instead of being an action RPG. I already have mine but I haven't started playing it yet since I'm still busy with Devil Survivor and Puzzle&Dragons, add to that the pretty huge backlog of RPG games that I've played but haven't finished yet and are currently on hiatus (Rune Factory 4, Fire Emblem Awakening, Kid Icarus and Pokemon X). So yep, it would take awhile. I'm almost finished with Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai DX though.

I'm at the Nintendo world store and they have the special launch edition here for only $40 and it comes with a 40 page hardcover art book and the soundtrack CD. I might get that later on just because of the special deal. That's like the normal price for a game and you get all those cool extra things.
