Somebody please create a hack of fire red with these features.

1-all Pokémon from generations 1-3
2-gym leader rematches IN THEIR ORIGINAL GYMS (make their Pokémon levels at least 90,or maybe make them scale to your highest level poke)
3-normal kanto starters
4-possibly other regions to visit (start in kanto though.)
5-preferably the only changes to Pokémon locations would be adding new ones to a route.
6-plenty of comic relief.
7-if fire red is not compatible with net play,add net play compatibility.
8-master balls in a store

There are so many different rom hacks for Pokemon, what you are looking for might already exist, although someone probably knows more about the subject than I do.

There's not a huge rom hacking community that's active in the forums, but hopefully you can find a hack that's close to what you are looking for. Good Luck!

This does sound like something that would be in a hack already, especially having 3 generatiosn, which has been done, as well as having master balls in a store, going backwards though and ending in Kanto would be pretty cool.

Sounds good, and yeah like has been said previously, there might already be a hack featuring these things.

Honestly, hacking the Pokemon roms can be a lot of fun, and it's not too difficult to learn. I would see if you can try and do one yourself and with maybe a few friends! You'll be able to do all the things you want and more, and trust me it's just a lot of fun to do.

But yeah, I would check out the large plethora of rom hacks to see if something like this exists. There is a site (I forget the name, but google exists for a good reason) where they actually tell you what each rom hack has that is different from others and the base game.

As someone who's tried hacking Pokémon before, I can say that all of those are possible, although I have no idea how the NetPlay feature could be "added in" if it can't be done under normal standards. That's more the task of the emulator in question than it is the task of the ROM hack.
