TV series Life on Mars
I watched the first season of this series and I must say I was impressed, even if the plot very imaginative I loved and now I hope to see the second season soon, I posted here my opinion because I do not know where to get it in the other sections, however, those of you who have not yet seen, and he likes the police series I recommend to see it, I saw it through a website streaming, very sharp and with quality video.
Documentatevi and read about the same as the story goes, maybe watch the first episode, then if you like to keep guardaregli other episodes.

I've actually never heard about this, but obviously I'm going to need to check it out. Do you know if it's on Netflix or Hulu Plus? I'm a huge fan of Sci-Fi and/or space in general. I just don't have cable or anything like that, only Netflix and Hulu Plus. Oh, and I guess Amazon Prime, but they usually don't have brand new series.

This series have passed in the circuit to pay Italian some time ago, I saw it on the internet through vvvvid point it is a great site to watch programs in Italian, I think Netflix or other circuits can be transmitted this series tv, note, I like to me the TV sci-fi series (to name a ... Stargate).

Seelowen : Is the show you mean about Sam Tyler who's a cop in 2008 when he gets struck by a car and is knocked unconscious. When he comes to and finds himself in 1973.?

In my opinion not only passed out but was in a coma, perhaps in his subconscious attempt to retrace his past to be able to improve or just want to remedy some serious mistake made in the present (2006), is a rather fanciful yet I find it enjoyable to see, to tell the truth if I could go back and change my past in order to enable that this is better I would do it gladly.

Seelowen : Ever see 'The Butterfly Effect'? Be careful what you wish for. If you haven't seen it, the first one I liked, the alternate ending anyways.

Alex Drake, a police psychiatrist in 2008, gets taken by Arthur Layton and shot in the head with a pistol - being taken back to 1981 in the process around eight weeks before her parents died in a car bombing.

She's apparantly signed up to the Metropolitan Police at the time where she meets Gene Hunt (DCI), Chris Skelton (DC) and Ray Carling (also a DC), three characters from Life on Mars, and works with them throughout the series (1981 - 1983 setting), with clashing policing styles, since around the time it was more violent and less based on forensics and such.

I'm not going to say why she's there in the first place, though, since that's revealed in the final episode...

Very similar plotline to LoM but AtA is the sequel to it anyway so what do you expect.

Luigi442wii : I meant Life on Mars, but I suppose if its a very similar plot line to AtA, then I guess you answered my question.

Just substitute 1981 and DI Alex Drake for 1973 and DI Sam Tyler, change the event a bit and you get the same thing.

Watching Ashes to Ashes and is good

But, prefer Life on Mars because is the first launch idea for this serie (my opinion), sorry for my little english ... yup

Seelowen : Nice I'm glad you're enjoying it, to me LOM opened better both have really good qualities and the establishment of the characters is done good in this series.

I wish they'd do a prequel I'm not going to say any more because I'd give away the ending of ATA otherwise.
