I have a problem on eBay, and i need to know if its at the point where I should complain. I bought a ticket for Comic Con and it hasn't arrived yet, but its way more complicated than that. The ticket needs to be activated within 50 hours and it should have already arrived.

First off, I buy a ticket (more than $150( and the guy decides to wait 2 whole days before shipping it. He doesn't even mark it shipped on eBay, he just sends me a message telling me it was shipped, and even now it says not shipped on eBay.

It's already been 5 full days since the day he claims he shipped it, and supposedly he used a shipping service that takes two to three days on average to ship things. Bit also, I'm the pm he said it shouldn't take more than a day because he is shipping it from the same city, just a few miles away.

Is this grounds for xomplaing? Advice?

Honestly yes. Whenever anything goes wrong on Ebay, Amazon, etc. I complain. They're good about helping usually, so definitely go for it.

Oh okay well.. that 200 hours is not long until it's up... 5x24= 120 so that means you have 80 more hours for it to arrive before you can't active it.

Turns out eBay wasn't the one I should have complained to, or maybe I should have done something about the actual seller.

The seller finally told me what the tracking number was, but when I put the number in, it says the ticket was already in the post office, sitting there for 4 days.

So today I went to the post office to check and they gave it to me, but they said the seller actually told them not to deliver it for another couple of weeks, until after the event that the ticket is for.
