I just downloaded it, tried to run it and this popped up:

I did what it said, and it popped up again.. am I missing something? that file it says im missing is sitting in WinRAR. i tried to drag it into the DC emulator file, and it still didnt work.

Oh yeah, I forgot about this thread. The problem was like garth said, he needed to extract all the files to folders.
We sorted that out and hey presto.
