Welcome to the Mansion! You thought that you were here for the good old fashioned Metal Gear Solid V party with all of your friends, but suddenly, there was an unexpected visit from a serial killer. With notes!

WELL THEN. YOU HAVE FELL INTO MY TRAP. You thought this was just a party, but things are about to get interesting..one of us is a murderer and you all will have to find out who it is! Good luck, subjects. Let the games begin.

BEFORE WE BEGIN, I must tell you people that there has been a new rule added to Murder Mystery. You guys will NO LONGER be asking questions, it is now going to be chosen by the host to have unbiased questions on neither the murderer or the survivors.
legacyme3 : can confirm the rule change.

Actual Rule (leggy edit) - The murderer and the host (pacman1755) will message each other privately, and come up with THREE questions that the murderer is willing to answer that are FAIR and REASONABLE questions.

An example of an unreasonable question is "What color underwear am I wearing?" as it doesn't tell you anything about the murderer, nor does it advance the game in a meaningful direction.

An example of a reasonable question is "What is my favorite food?" as it could give you a hint to search through on Vizzed.

Again, the murderer and host will choose three questions, which the host will post in an update. The PLAYERS will then VOTE on which question to go with (the murderer will be allowed to vote as well, and their vote will count). Then the murderer will answer the question through pacman1755 (obviously the murderer shouldn't post their answer in this thread).

Once answered, the players will vote on who the murderer is, as usual.

Good luck everyone, let us hope we can stay sharp and don't miss out on any important details. Try not going too far when discussing somewhat absurd theories though, since last time this happened things didn't end up well for the players (well, except for the murderer I guess).

With the number of people that applied, I'm actually kind of surprised that I got a spot in the roster. I might be slightly slow at posting since I have some very important studying to do in real life, but I'm hoping this'll be a great game.

Leggy's totes the murderer.  I mean, the rule change and everything?  It's obviously a set-up to distract us from the truth!  Come out Leggy, so we can lynch yo...wait, this isn't mafia?  My bad.  

Also, what kind of murderer wouldn't claim he isn't the murderer?  The most skilled murderer would know not to claim this.  Or would he claim to throw off people that know that?  Obviously, some serious WIFOM shenanigans.  (for those who don't get the reference, WIFOM stands for "wine in front of me".  It's a reference to the scene in "The Princess Bride" where Vizzini is debating about which wine to drink.  If he drinks the wrong cup, he will die.  But both cups were poisoned.)

supernerd117 : I disagree. The most skilled murderer would not draw attention to himself and would simply fade into the background. Or it's what I'd do at least. Seems like it'd draw a lot less attention to them.

But let's not give the murderer ideas, eh?
