I'm excited as the new NFL season officially starts in less than 24 hours. Every year I make predictions based on what I think will happen during the season. I might be way off at the end, but these are always just my opinions. Anyway, let me get started...

AFC NORTH WINNER

Pittsburgh Steelers - Personally, the Steelers are in the "hostile" zone for me since my dad is a big Cowboys fan. So as much as it pains me to say this, I think the Steelers will take home the division crown. This division produced 3 teams in the postseason last year, so it won't be easy for Pittsburgh with Baltimore and Cincinnati still having postseason potential. I don't even need to mention Cleveland, do I?

AFC SOUTH
Indianapolis Colts - This is probably the easiest pick to make out of all the divisions in the league. They will have absolutely no competition to win this division, barring injury. If they have a couple serious injuries, maybe Houston will contest them but even so, Indy will still take it. Jacksonville and Tennessee are still way too far behind.

AFC EAST
New England Patriots - This is a safe pick. Its entirely possible, in my opinion, that any team could win this division. The Dolphins will have a top 5 defensive line in the league, at least. Buffalo also has potential to have a really good D-line...something they already proved last year. And the Jets will more than likely be at the bottom, but they still have some talent on paper with getting Darelle Revis in free agency. Leonard Williams also looks like a beast on the line.

AFC WEST
Kansas City Chiefs - Another tough division pick to make. Obviously, the Broncos will give the Chiefs the most competition, and the Chargers are not far behind. I think the Raiders might even be a .500 team this year. I really like Khalil Mack, and I think he will put up some very impressive numbers.

NFC NORTH
Green Bay Packers - Even though Jordy Nelson will be out for the year, the Packers will still take this division. I think their offense will still be one of the best, and their defense will definitely be better. Minnesota is pretty good too, but still a step or two behind Green Bay...same with Detroit. I'm not sure how Chicago will pan out, but they will definitely be a sub .500 team.

NFC SOUTH
Carolina Panthers - This pains me even more to say this, obviously. But they still have the best defense in the division, and it will be the biggest difference. Greg Olsen will be the only target for Cam Newton this year with the loss of Kelvin Benjamin. The Falcons defense will absolutely be better, and they might give Carolina a run. I think the 'Aints and Drew Brees take a step back, and Tampa Bay will still cellar the division.

NFC EAST
Philadelphia Eagles - The Eagles might end up having the #1 seed in the conference when its all said and done. They looked very impressive during the preseason, and Sam Bradford looks like he's back. Dallas still has the best O-line in the league, but it won't be enough. The Giants may or may not go .500 and the Redskins are my pick to have the #1 pick next year. All kinds of problems are still in Washington.

NFC WEST
Seattle Seahawks - It will either be Seattle or Arizona that wins this division, but I decided to go safe again. If Carson Palmer can stay healthy and play all 16 games, the race between the two teams will be very close. St Louis and especially San Francisco don't have the talent to keep up with the other two. All 4 teams have really good defenses, however. Anything could happen when you have a good D.

WILD CARDS
AFC - Denver Broncos, Miami Dolphins
NFC -
Dallas Cowboys, Arizona Cardinals

SUPER BOWL 50

Colts
vs Eagles - Colts win

I didn't include my Falcons in the playoffs. I wanted to bet with my head, not my heart XD

I agree with all your playoff teams, except the Lions will take a wild card instead of Arizona and Denver will win the division with KC taking the WC.

As far as the Super Bowl goes, in the AFC it's really a toss up I think, every top team in that conference has a big flaw. NE, IND, and PIT all have holes in their defenses, while the Broncos offensive line is a question mark; Denver won't go anywhere if they can't keep Peyton Manning upright. In the end, I'd go with Denver though.

In the NFC, it will be Packers in Seattle for the NFC Championship again, with the same end result. Seattle is mad from the way last season ended, and I think they're going to go into this season hungrier than ever.

One more thing: You said the Jets signed Percy Harvin. He's with Buffalo now.

As far as the division champs go, I think you made pretty good predictions except for 2 divisions, the AFC West and the NFC South. Why do I say this? For the AFC West, even though Peyton Manning's lost Julius Thomas, he still has a great set of weapons to throw it to, they got a solid run game with CJ Anderson, and they've got a good defense, as far as the Chiefs go, they definitely have an improvement with Jeremy Maclin, much better than Dwayne Bow ever was, but they don't have any other good receivers to throw it to. Travis Kelce will be a good pass catching TE for them and of course we know Jamaal Charles can catch it, but the lack of depth at receiver will hurt their chances of making the playoffs. In fact I see them missing the playoffs again.

With the NFC South, Cam Newton is in so much trouble with the loss of Kelvin Benjamin. Their receiver situation may actually be worse than the Cleveland Browns, and that's saying something because man oh man do they have some terrible receivers over there. They still don't have good running backs (they should draft a running back in the early rounds of the draft for once), Cam Newton can't do everything himself, so I definitely see that division coming down to the Saints or Falcons, with the Panthers finishing in 3rd and missing the playoffs. I'd probably give the edge to the Saints though since they've got Drew Brees and a good running game with Mark Ingram and Spiller.

If Sam Bradford stays healthy and Demarco Murray is as good as he was with Dallas last year, then they'll likely win the division like you said, but you and I both know very well how much Sam Bradford tends to get hurt. If Chip Kelly foolishly decides to run the read option with Sam Bradford, then it's only a matter of time before he gets hurt again, and then the team will be in the hands of Mark Sanchez, and we both know he won't lead them to the playoffs. The NFC East is definitely the toughest one to predict, since all the teams have a chance to make it, well maybe not the Redskins, but you gotta admit, they have a better chance than the Browns do in the AFC North right?

Speaking of the North, as much as I hate to say it, the Steelers seem to be the safe choice right now, but as long as the Bengals receivers stay healthy this year, they've got an equally good chance of winning the division as the Steelers do, plus the Steelers defense continues to be their Achilles Heel. The Ravens have the same problem the Chiefs have, a lack of depth at receiver, which I definitely see hurting them in the long run.

Now onto your wild card predictions, I'm confident that the Broncos will win the West as I said earlier and I think they'll be the only team from that division in the playoffs. Honestly, I don't believe in the Dolphins, I don't see the Dolphins receivers being much of a threat, and Jordan Cameron's had injury problems and fizzled out towards the end of last year. I will admit that the Ndomakong Suh (I spelled that wrong didn't I?) signing helps their defense tremendously, but I just don't see Tannehill taking them to the playoffs. I see the AFC Wild Card teams being the Buffalo Bills, despite their QB situation, and either the Bengals or Steelers, depending on who wins the division.

Other than that I think you made some great predictions.
