Um, I keep seeing these everywhere I go. I have tried to use them before, but it doesn't work.
Were they removed? I see them most often on old layouts. Or am I not allowed to see them?

They actually used to work roughly 3-4 years ago, and for a time, I think one of my layouts actually utilized some of those stats.

Sucks they don't work anymore, but you can probably duplicate it easily enough.
