Back on the 10th or 11th, my friend tried to register to Vizzed using a hotmail e-mail, and after patiently waiting the full 15 minutes it can possibly take to get the confirmation he sent his second one, which did not send either. He tried messaging Vizzed via facebook which ended up in no reply, and asked me for help. First off I'll apologize for attempting to contact admins (not knowing that you shouldn't) with this problem, because I hadn't been on this site for a while, but this seems like a problem that I think only admins could fix, and I don't want to post my friends username / e-mail registration info on the forums. I realized that Vizzed was blacklisted recently and fixed on the 5th or 6th of this month, which could still need to be fixed due to my friend not getting a confirmation. So I'm just wondering, is there any way for him to get the confirmation e-mail after sending his only two e-mails out? He has checked both inbox and junk/spam folders. If his username and e-mail is needed, I can message them if that's alright with whoever can help.

All help will be greatly appreciated And again, sorry to the admins I bugged.

NarakuOtaku : Have you tried having him set up the account using a different email? I'm not sure I've heard of a problem with people getting registration emails unless that email already has an account set up on the site..and since it seems that others have been able to register to the site, I'm not sure exactly where to start with this particular issue.

NarakuOtaku : I have joined using my Hotmail account and I didn't have an issue with it. With Hotmail, sometimes, they block some e-mails that they think could contain malware, but Vizzed is a safe site to use. MSN does that all the time, it's a pain.

I did registered back in January 2013, so things could be a little different, that's a little more than 2 1/2 years right there and MSN/Hotmail can change a lot in that time as well.
