I am wondering if its possible to launch a vizzed game without internet access. My internet is bound to be deactivated sooner or later and I want to still play vizzed games. Is there such thing as a downloaded vizzed game that can launch without requiring internet, like other downloadable emulator programs?

If you loose Internet, then you got a useless emulator that plays nothing.

They say your borrowing it, but once you play the game and stop, they don't delete the ROM. Depending on your OS depends on the directory (I forget where it is), but if you find it, you can put the ROM where ever you'd like and launch it with your own downloaded emulator (but don't tell anyone I said this).
