So we live on a farm and we have a garden and we just went out there and got a ton of green tomatoes and mom is making fried green tomatoes tonight! Have you ever tried them if so did you like them? Also if you haven't tried them you defiantly should they are sooo good! It's been like months since I have had them.

The taste of fried green tomatoes has eluded me for many years now. 

We've got a garden here where we grow cherries, some apples, and a few red tomatoes. I've had the latter fried once and they certainly tasted delicious. Now that this thread has gone up I may just have to try 'em green.

I dont think I have ever tried those but they sound amazing. I love anything thats fried and tomatos taste amazing. when they're chopped up.

I hate tomatoes, but I have had Fried Green Tomatoes before, and I tell you, they were terrible. I just don't really like any vegetable lol, so I really didn't like them, or even the idea of them.

I've never had them but I'll think I'll pass on the idea of having them as well. I hate tomatoes in their natural form. I'm fine with tomato flavoured things or Ketchup. I just can't stand fresh tomatoes.. Then again I don't eat many vegetables or fruits... 

Honestly I'd give them a try if someone offered them to me.. But I'd probably end up gagging and spitting them out in the nearest bin!

Personally I tend to dislike heated vegetables (or well in this case technically it's a fruit) so I probably wouldn't like it much. Though I do enjoy tomatoes I'd rather just have regular non fried or heated one
