The summary of Terminator Genisys is up on Wikipedia if you want to be spoiled completely but part of it mentions John Conner getting attacked by one during the future after sending his father to the past. This does set up for him becoming the T3000 you have seen in the trailer but one thing I want to point out about is that the scene seems to be inspired by an old Naruto fanfic I read a while back (forgot the name) featuring a Terminator themed scenario where Naruto and Hinata's eldest daughter become so powerful in the future, a Terminator was sent back in time to kill Naruto and Hinata to get rid of her which will also get rid of her almost as powerful sister.

Now the part that gets ripped off is that there is a good ending and a bad ending. I know the bad ending has Naruto and Hinata and the future resistance being unable to change the fate of what's to come and Naruto and Hinata gets sent back to the past to prepare for the future and as they do so, one of the resistance members turns rouge and kills off everyone else afterwards including the two daughters. It might be pure coincidence but after reading that it just sparked in my mind.

Wow, so they've gotten so desperate to where they're having to take stuff from anime just so they can make a new Terminator movie? Well if that's the case, I can't say I'm really surprised. The series definitely went downhill after Judgment Day because they've run out of good ideas for a plot. I'm honestly not sure if I'll even bother watching this one when it comes to Redbox...

I'm actually interested in seeing this movie. Just because the last movie was so bad. At least this one Arnold is Actually in. Being a fan of the first two movies I'm at least excited that he has a more focal role in this movie.
