Dragon ball, Bleach, Naruto. Three very popular anime's. But what I want to know, is if they were all of the same universe, how would you compare their power levels to each other?

we all know that Goku's power level grows to s staggering 4,100,000,000

With Naruto's power being in Chakra

and Bleach being spiritual pressure.

Is there anyway these powers can meet a mutual ground and have a calculation to where they could all be in the same category?

I am interested in making a kind of RPG that brings these 3 universes into one world and was wondering how I should do the power levels for each.

Well, the one I know the most about is Dragon Ball, and since we have a lot of data for power levels in that series, we should take Dragon Ball's system to compare powers.

In Naruto's case, we could change Chakra for Ki, not specifying what amount, just talking about enormous, unmeasurable and words like that. Taking on the heritage of Dragon Ball, Naruto's Tailed Beast transformations and Sage Mode should be given a specific multiplier. And nothing to worry about Chakra natures, Naruto simply has an expanded concept of energy than Dragon Ball.

As for Bleach, I haven't seen it, but I think the same system applied above for Naruto could work. I know that Ichigo has also undergone some transformations over the course of the series, different forms that multiply his power much like the Super Saiyan transformations. 

This is what I would do: never imply a specific power level for a character and introduce multipliers as they change forms.

hyperknuckles : Its not a comparison of who would win between them, it is a way to configure them all to having a comparable power level. Besides, the main reason I closed that one was because my nephew was being ridiculous with it.
