i was thinking that a good way to earn Viz points would be for the guys to hold weekly tournements on games with an entry cost of Viz points (say 50 viz) and the winner of the game for the week takes the pot,it could add some spice to your gaming

what do ya think ??

I think the game would have to be totally random though... and any save states for the game would have to be removed.... unless we were to really specialize the task.

I think there is potential for this idea... but it would be tough to regulate what a win would be.

I know how we'd have tournaments on game boy, nes and game boy color games (we've had one already but not many participants). How would we have tournaments on other games like snes?

Exactly. I do know of a way though to get people to join competitions, I could just post announcements in big bold letters at the top of the RGR like I'm doing now with SNES on the game pages. Yeah, that sounds like a really good idea

This sounds like a great idea. Is there a high score system in the works? If so we could also do stuff like bet on who will reach a certain high score first or something.

And I'm not just saying this because I think it's a great opportunity for me to make a bunch of vizz - I expect to be broke within a week of the system being implemented XD
