What is CP:

It's Contribution Points. It's given everytime you do an action on the site that gives CP's. It's mostly for keeping track of member contribution specially the staff and moderators.

The item for PSX:

It's in the item shop under "site store". The item is called "Playstation", placed second to the last on the list.
