You're referring to digit ratio here, a tried scientific concept.

First, the presence of the digit ration only increases the likelihood of certain physical an psychological traits, because it's a direct indicator of exposure to androgens (the male hormones) while in the womb. Basically men  tend to have a longer ring finger than their index, and women have them the same length or a slightly larger index. However, some men have higher digit ratios and some women have lower digit ratios, which, as you can see in the article linked above, are correlated with several traits. The pictures in the OP are assuming correlation = causation, so they're pretty much bogus.

Either way I think the descriptions are very generic and can apply to anyone at any time....

Well, I don't know about the good looking heartthrob thing, I think I look manly because I'm long and I have some sideburn/beard/moustache hair on my face growing, but most I'm not very nosy and I don't have strong abs so that's maybe half true.
