austin1324 : To be able to upload am image for your avatar, you first need to become a regular member and to do that, you need to post at least 10 post (and wait 24 hours after your 10th post) and be on Vizzed for at least a week.

You got the time down, now all you need to do is post 9 more posts and wait 24 hours after your 10th post and you can add a picture as your icon in the settings.
