I know that I can get banned for this but its kinda a long story. Back when I first came to this site my parents signed me up. They put it a random birthdate for some weird reason. Anyway is there anyway to change this? Also should I summon the mods. I'm new to this summoning mods thing so would this thread be a good time to summon them?

There's a lot of people who put in a wrong birthday for privacy and security. 
For birthday changes, send a private message to this user (the admins).

Unless if you use it to cheat past age restrictions (such as applying for staff), I don't think you can get in trouble for it. I know some well respected members that once had a wrong date set as their birthday.
