Out of the 493 pokemon there are some creepy looking pokemon.
I think that Exeggutor(Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow) is the creepiest. His faces are like haunted masks of demise(And those are scary)

I find Hypno creepy.In the Pokemon Gold Pokedex entry it says " When it is very hungry, it puts humans it meets to sleep, then it feasts on their dream" and the Pokemon Fire Red Pokedex entry says "It carries a pendulum-like device. There once was an incident in which it took away a child it hypnotized."

I remember Hypno, and the comments on Hypno on the Pokédex. Do they want an 8 year old kid to have nightmares of Hypno in their sleep? He would freak out. Also, as you said, whats up with the comments? Do they want an E rated game to turn R rated?

From my own Pokémon knowledge I've heard in the Sapphire,Ruby, and Emerald Pokedex it mentions "If your nose becomes itchy while you are sleeping, it's a sure sign that one of these Pokémon is standing above your pillow and trying to eat your dream through your nostrils."Eh,creepy much.Then there is this one from Soul Silver and Heart Gold it says "It remembers every dream it eats."It rarely eats the dreams of adults because children's are much tastier".It's cry sounds really weird too.Yet,I don't know how it eats the dreams clearly but I do know that it is supposed to be based off of a Japanese spirit called "Baku".In conclusion,this type of Pokémon shouldn't be suitable in my opinion.
