I need help.

I keep trying to play Pokémon emerald or ruby and it says I need the Vizzed plug in so I click the link, download the plug in and then re-enter the game and it says I need the vizzed plug in so I try downloading it a couple times in Internet explorer AND fire fox but I always get the "you need the vizzed plug in" message. So what am I doing wrong?

P.S.- I would rather use Fire fox than IE
