I'm having yet another problem with my stupid phone, I can't even go into sleep mode anymore, so as long as the phone has power, it will always be open on some screen and it sucks. Normally I have to press the power button to turn it into sleep mode and I have to hold it for 5 seconds to turn it off but I can't do any of that anymore and I doubt I can get a new phone.

I press the button over and over and nothing happens, the phone went into sleep mode after pressing the button 30 times and guess what? I couldn't turn the phone back on without pressing the button another 30 times.

I can't even turn the phone completely off to try to reset it because I can hold down the button for a whole 60 seconds and nothing happens. Has anybody ever had this problem with any phone before? Or know what can be done to reset the phone another way? I dont think its the button because it does work eventually and it only stopped working now so its probably just the phone itself but I don't know.

zanderlex : Have you tried removing the battery and then put it back into your phone, or do you own an iPhone (which is impossible to remove the battery)? Because removing the battery fixes about everything.

You say that the button works eventually. I think it's a bit messed up on the inside, so it rarely works.

ZeroTails : I dont think it is, the other functions that the button is for such as in apps and such still work, it just won't turn off the phone.

It sucks because I can put the phone away for 5 seconds and a hundred apps run.

I'm just going to buy a slightly upgraded phone if this doesn't fix itself when the battery runs out. I can live with this, doesn't bother me too much but it would be more expensive to have to keep it plugged in at all times.

After the game I took the train to find a radioshack, but they only had the Lumia 635 for $70 plus I had to buy a month of service to go with it so I decided not to go there and to go to Best Buy instead because I saw it for $50 just on Friday.

On the way to the train I saw an ATT place and they had it but were sold out and just as I walked out of that place, my phone lost all funtionality. The phone has 2 buttons, a search button, a home button, and a back button, and both the search button, home button, and touch screen in general died.

I managed to get the 635 for $50 and so far it looks so much better with a ton of features such as Cortana, an app where you put in sites, usernames, and paswords, and it loggs you in automatically each time, and it's much bigger and better for such a cheap price.
