In terms of who is playing tomorrow, its not actually big since its the Mets and Marlins, but this could very well be one of the biggest games I will ever go to in terms of experience. I decided to go all out to have a great day and I just bought the most expensive baseball ticket I ever bought.

Here's an example of how much I spent, last year I spent over $100 for field level seats at the subway series. It was a big game so the regular prices were way up compared to this game, yet even though tomorrows game is so dirt cheap compared to that one, I still spent more than I paid at the subway series and that's even after getting a discount.

I dont know much about whether or not stuff that's in this stadium would have an equivalent in another so some people wouldn't know what I'm talking about, but where I'm sitting is an actual suite, and the top tier one at that with access to every one of the stadiums clubs and even VIP stadium entrances.

And then comes the best part, the food! This isn't the most expensive seats, only the first two rows that are directly behind home plate is more expensive but this is the only section that comes with food. Apparently the ticket comes with all you can eat ballpark food such hamburgers, popcorn, cookies, hot dogs, and ice cream, but also gourmet buffets and all sorts of drinks.

I'm going to post so many pictured when I get home from the game and not only are the seats food, but the game is going to be electrics because its free shirt day featuring our best pitcher and the team is in 1st place.

Wow, I see you wanted to have the best experience possible since you were in a suite. So how did it go? Also how much food did you eat? Did you STUFF YOUR FACE WITH POPCORN!?!? LOL! Seriously though, I hope you had a great time since you spent a lot of money.

I didn't even get any of the ballpark food aside for one bag of popcorn, I stuffed my face with gourmet food. Before the game I had a plate of chicken cordon bleu, pasta, special pork, and rice with 2 cups of soda and then a pretzel. Just before the game started I got a bag of popcorn and a cup of coffee and went to my seat. Later on I had a plate of nachos with beef, cheese, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and sour cream with a soda. Later on I had ice cream and cupcakes, so I had more than enough food, and the game was great, I was right behind the net and the view was amazing

I plan on going to a just as big game tomorrow but for nowhere near the price. I would have bought the same tickets and paid the same amount of money but I can't seem to find the sane tickets for regular price because this is a big game. The upper deck tickets were going to 13 to 18 dollars but a few days ago they stopped selling those on the ticket page and the cheapest tickets you could get were $50

Even on ticket resellers,, all the tickets are so expensive. I went back to the Mets site tonight and they had the 2 cheapest of the 6 upper deck sections available so I tried to get one of those but it wouldn't go through and said they didn't have any of those even though they were listed. Later on, they listed Standing Room Only tickets for $25 and all the other sections are still listed but won't work so I figured I would get a standing room only ticket and go but I didn't want to buy it online because of the $10 fee so I'm going to take my chances and see if they sell SRO tickets at the stadium.

Tomorrow is only the 7th game at home this season and its the 2nd time SRO tickets are needed and probably the first time a long time because the first time they were needed was the largest crowd to a Mets game since Citi Field opened in 2009, so the largest in more than 400 games. Its a big game because its another Matt Harvey start. I was at his 1st game back at citi field since 2013 and the place was packed so its going to be an electric day and I hope I can get the tickets for it.

I did debate a lot though on going but the prices are what made me finally say yea to going tomorrow, I changed my mind at least a dozen times but that was when the cheapest ticket was $50 but now since there's the possibility that I can get in for half of that, I want to go. Even so, I told myself that I would only consider going if the Mets won today, and I said the same thing the day before yesterdays game. Part of the reason there's so much hype is because the Meta just don't want to lose, when I decided to go to the game yesterday on Thursday they won 3 straight games already so I said if they won that 4th game I would go and they did so I went. Then they won the game I was at and then they won again today so even though Matt Harvey is pitching, the Meta are going for their 8th win in a row which makes this a very hyped game

Personally I would get some sort of refreshment in the biggest possible cup, along with a couple hot dogs here and there.

Well, hopefully you are really lucky and will be able to buy that ticket again. Everyone deserves to have the best experience possible when it comes to something they like. 

DestinyHeroDC : Well you don't really need to have food to come with the ticket to have the best experience. Not only does my ticket for tomorrow not come with food anymore, but I'm not even allowed to sit down while I'm at the game, yet I'm still going to have the best experience.

I was not exactly referring to the food. I simply just meant having a great time. But yeah I agree. Even if I could not sit, I would have a blast. And if you did have a blast, I am glad for you. Take her easy man.
