So, I bought a PS4 a few weeks ago, and I bought the PSN Subscription for a year, too. I downloaded the free games after I put my code in, so I thought I was good. 

Well, I just went on to my PSN account on the PlayStation Website, and it says I need to renew my subscription. 

What do I do about this? Is there a number I can call or something to make sure nothing is wrong?

by calling 800-345-SONY. The average wait time is up to 15 minutes. (Closed on Sunday)."

I've never had this issue, so I have no clue what the issue is, but my guess would be either you were mistaken about the length of your PS+ subscription, or you did something to accidentally cancel it.

By talking with them, you should be able to figure out what exactly happened.
