My favourite anime will always be Pokémon but that's because it was the first I saw and played. Other good anime I've seen are:
Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist, Spice and Wolf, Time of Eve and of course the classic Yu-Gi-Oh. 
The best documentaries I've seen are ones about black holes and extinct sea creatures like Megalodon. 
My favourite video game of all time is Yu-Gi-Oh: Forbidden Memories - It was extremely difficult and time consuming but the story was amazing with great replay-ability.
