Plot
Professor Tsuki has been currently researching why certian pokemon are more rare then others, and trying to make certain pokemon adapt better in the wild so these pokemon are more abundant and happy. As the professor of the town, he is required to help all the trainers of age obtain there first pokemon, and has aquired the gym leader of the neighboring town to help him with this task, and he decided that each of these kids are allowed one of the many pokemon they have captured to begin there journey.

There is six trainers, but Prof. Tsuki has decided to let them pick from 19 different pokemon

Meanwhile a gang that lives underground the City of Covel have made there appearence recently terrorizing townspeople and shouting out that they are the great grand children of the great team Rocket, and Denounced themselves Team Dolphin after an amazing ship that there leader was building.

Setting
The region of Ucto there are 16 towns, 10 gyms, and the elite four. There is several Caves, Plains, mountains, forests, and swamps to traverse through, however these will be created as we go to give you all a little lee way on creativity, basically the first person to the area decides what type of terrain it is.

The ten Gyms are in this order: Poison, Flying, Fire, Electric,Dragon, Dark, Fighting, Water, Grass, and Psychic The levels will depend on what level you are when you get there as all gym leaders pokemon will balance out with yours (maybe be a level or two hire) but all have only 3 pokemon each. The Elite four you must discover when you get there.

The towns are as follows:  Sakana (starting town), Hebi (poison Gym), Zeri, Sora (Flying Gym), Tokage (Fire Gym), Covel City, Okami (Electric Gym), River Pass (Victory road/Elite four), Ryu (Dragon Gym), Tenshi (Dark Gym), Senshi (Fighting Gym), Ucto City, Hoshi (Water Gym), Kame (grass Gym), Numa, Neko (Psychic Gym).

Rules
These rules do not confict with site or forum rules, but are here to keep the rp clean.

No Godmodding, Gary/Mary sues, Powerplaying, Wall posting, mini modding, spamming, Flamming, Bashing etc

Pokemon Center Nurses, Officers, and random NPC's on the street may be played by anybody. No pokemon gifting/trading allowed among NPC's without permission.

Proffessors, Dolphin Leaders, Gym Leaders, and Elite four are to be role played by me, unless given permission otherwise. If you wish to have a character be one of these then you may ask and I might give permission for you to create the character.

All Gym leaders have pre-set pokemon unless roleplayed by another user. these pokemon will be at similar levels to the Trainers pokemon.

trainers may choose what they run into in the wild as long as it's reasonable. I request a randomizer but you will not be limited unless you decide you see something that wouldn't be there (ex: a Growlithe at the very beginning grass.)

Levels, move sets, abilities, natures, characteristics, and all other stats will have to be maintained and updated by the trainer as the adventure along (when your Pokemon evolves Update your profile)

Click that little Add to Favorites button at the top or bottom of the thread so your notified of when there's a new post in the thread and when the full rp starts.

I know to many rules to read, but thanks for reading them all! it's important that we follow these rules so the roleplay isn't unfair for someone.

Your pokemon starts out at level 5. You may select it's moves based on it's level, and it's ability. when you fill out your character you fill out your pokemons info as well. You will do this each time you catch a pokemon

You may only have this starter at the begining, and once you buy pokeballs you may capture some just like in the games.

Your Character can be any way you want, but is a rookie unless you choose to be a grunt.You may only have one character

As a grunt you only have 1 - 2 pokemon that all start at level 5 and are limited to basic/baby of these specific types: Poison, ground, bug, dark, psychic, fighting, and solo normal types. this is derived from how team rockets pokemon were. Duel types (excluding normal and Fairy) are allowed. You may steal one Pokemon from a random town of this type later on. depending on the gym depends on the pokemon, and level.

Details of your character can be anything, if there a grunt, they wear normal clothes as to blend in, but do have a D badge somewhere on them that identifies them. The D is a Black and red color as if to mimic Team Rocket. Remember your human

Pokemon cannot be shiny, or have major characteristic changes. They can have scars, accessories, or minor changes!

Remember to update your profile as the roleplay progresses if needed.
