THIS IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO FLOOD THE MODERATORS' INBOXES WITH REPORTS
Before you read ANY further. I want you to read the requirements. I will explain why we have each of the requirements below. If you don't meet one of the requirements, don't be surprised if you aren't picked.
-Age: 16+
-100+ posts a month and 300 CP
-Log on at least 3 days a week on average
-Trusted or Elite
-Do not post in this thread
Why do we require our locals at 16+?
It's simply a matter of maturity. We've had 13-15 year old mods who have worked out in the past but more often than not they don't. We are striving to have the best mods we can find and if you aren't 16 or older your application won't be considered.
Why do we require 100+ posts a month and 300 CP?
This is just a matter of activity. We need to know we can count on you to be active on the forums. As the mod manager, I watch this and CP closely. If you miss the quota on a regular basis then you are likely to be demoted. If you don't think you can meet this quota then don't apply.
Why do we require 3 days a week of activity?
Again, it's simply a matter of activity. We need to know we can count on you being active as a moderator. If you only show up once a week you miss seeing things the other 6 days. We don't expect you to spend all your time on Vizzed but this is a commitment that we expect to take up several hours a week.
Why do we want only Trusted or Elite members?
Trusted and elite members are generally long standing members of the forums and have more experience than the newer members. Doesn't mean you couldn't apply as a regular member but we will wonder why you haven't managed to achieve a higher power level and it might affect your chances.
Why do we not want you posting in this thread?
We don't want people posting in this thread so that applications don't end up in here. If you have questions about the application and want clarification on the questions or requirements of being a local mod then ask one of the globals or geeogree for the info.
Also, please have the courtesy to leave the questions on the app, and bold them to make it easier to distinguish where the question ends and your answer begins. This isn't necessary but it does show ability to follow directions and attention to detail.

One of your fellow moderators disagrees with you or criticizes you in some way, what do you think is the best way to deal with this?
Which of the following ranks should be shown the highest degree of respect: newbie, trusted member, local moderator? Explain your reasoning.
