So I was walking around Phemcee's mini-game heaven, but I got a lag spike and fell off the edge, losing a sharpness 2, unbreaking 1 diamond sword, and a flame, infinity, power 3 bow, as well as some armor in the process. 

I mean, it was stupid to carry those things with me, but still.

Would it be possible to raise the glowstone one block, so you can't accidentally fall off?

mrfe: Yeah, I get that. I don't need my items back or anything, bringing them was my fault, but it sucks that something out of my hands caused that death, and with it all that stuff. What sucked even more was that there was literally no way to get them back.

Perhaps just place like a few random cobwebs down somewhere, so we can at least have a chance to get things back?
I just don't want the same thing happening to anyone else.

And there's other parts (like that Pyramid thing after the jump parkour) that are 'protected' with an extra layer of glowstone.

I purposefully jumped off like an idiot the first time I went there like an idiot, though I also did complain a bit about the lag, though I don't believe that the outside of the real challenges should be as dangerous as the actual ones.

Basically what mrfe said. It's meant to be a little treacherous. The edges are one block high and do provide a little bit of a safety, but making it impossible to fall would be un-Phemceelike.
