Vitamin C helps also cough drops help too. Are you around others who are sick or you just get sick all of the sudden? If it just comes out of no where and happens a lot probably need to build your immune system up with some vitamins and such.

im pretty sure youd be solid with just a good multi vitamin... like one with a mixture of them.. all kinds are good for you from what i know... but specifically if one is better I do not.

ive heard if your starting to feel sick if you take something like emergen-C which basically is a 1000mg of Vitamin C it is good for you and helps you not get sick.. They have it in a shot format now.

I know this sounds, weird but just refuse to ever admit your sick I got that tip from a professor at school who hasn't taken a sick day in his whole career and by believeing that you can't get sick you will get sick alot less, one of those mind over matter things it works for me.

What ive always done is drink alot of water, and I go on runs alot.... it increases your white blood cells when you excercise and drinking alot of water is like changing the oil on your car

hot sauce helps with stuffy nose.
anti bacterial soap by the pc/laptop use that 1000 times day lol. seriously tho u get something eat/drink use it before u touch the food.Also make sure u wash all ur food properly in cold water.
clean the keyboard/mouse everyday.
flu shot will cut back of u getting sick but won't prevent u from getting sick it just make it more bare-able.
plenty rest.
take medicine two-three day's after u feel better. make sure it's gone.
Don't stop taking it right away because ur feeling better.
fever sweat it out cover up in tone blankets.
liquid medicine is more effective then pills. liquid acts faster then pills. pills can take up to 30 mins to kick in.
And dress for the weather if u sweat out side in the winter u likely to get the flu.
