It's not a miracle. The womans heart was strained and they removed the baby by caesarian.
Both were weakened and gave the appearance of death, but the real explaination is that the woman went into a coma but revived once her body didn't need to support two and the baby obviously needed warmth.
Plenty of sheep are born "dead" but "come back to life" just from heating them up.

There are plenty of stories like this where people die on Christmas and/ or Easter and come back to life. Yes, I believe in God and miracles and such, but I don't think that she and her baby were dead. I'd like to think that it is a miracle and not a publicity scheme (see what society has done to me? ) but I have my doubts.
