Now, as I know, this forum supports BBCode, HTML, and CSS. I use a lot of HTML in different websites. Whether it is to spice up a profile, or make something more compatible, I've been very familiar with basic HTML. I also like to use BBCode from time to time as it is easier to remember how to use it.

The BBCode isn't exactly fulfilled as it needs to be. It has so many limitations that I decided to stick with HTML for this site once I became a member. (in which I just did.) So I tend to type in the HTML section when I need to change up the HTML. For some reason, however, codes tend to be a bit... glitch like.. If you go to edit the post, whether you only hit the edit button, type in/delete a few words, or try to mess with the HTML it doesn't follow your edits at all. It will add in extra break codes ().

Now I first thought it might be because I use Google Chrome, but that's not the case, nor is it cause of my computer. Something is wrong with the Posting HTML. There is either a bug, HTML problems, maybe the HTML is clashing with the BBCode, or something I don't know of. I never used a site that supported both in the posting box so I'm unsure.

I appreciate the help, and time put into this. Thanks for reading, and your time.

Eisuun : No that's basic HTML and BBCode knowledge. You obviously don't understand at all what I'm saying.

I was looking it up around the site for a while and noticed that the admin admits that the HTML might be a bit awkward... but I don't think he's doing anything to fix the bugs.

What I'm saying is when you post a post, and need to edit it later (grammar issues, linking back, etc) It doesn't matter your knowledge on HTML or BBCode, if you don't go to the HTML tab to edit it, and make sure everything is on ONE line when submitting your reply. It will add in unnecessary double enters from the <*br /> code. It's basically broken HTML coding. I mean I've seen much worse on different sites, but it's irritating that I can't go back and edit a post without spending an hour making sure everything is on One line.

I know its in the HTML because BBCode is unaffected however sometimes HTML is affected. Like in this post link

I went to that forum page, and it doesn't seem like anything was broken?
it looks perfectly normal to me.
