My first video game was pokemon blue for gameboy. I absolutely loved every minute of playing it. I still fondly remember playing it and training for the gyms and such. Even though pokemon has improved and become so much more advanced since then, I'll always remember how simple it was when it started out. After that, I got ocarina of time for gamecube and a couple of other games and I enjoyed playing those as well. In the end, pokemon blue is what started it all.

Razor-987 : Oh wow, my first game was Pokemon Blue as well! I recently replayed it on Vizzed, and while it's definitely shown it's age, I still really enjoyed it. It's a fantastic game, and a great RPG introduction for kids.

I actually received two video games as my first game (more like first games) back in Christmas of 1994.
They are Super Mario World and Mario Paint. Both were bundled with my SNES, which I still have. It still works by the way, which is what I'm thankful for.

My first and favorite video game I have ever played was Kingdom Hearts. I love it to this day as my favorite videogame series ever made. I liked it because 1 it was Disney, 2, because the storyline of all the games put together is astounding to me, even being 16 years old.
