So, the man the world knows as Spock died today at his home. I'm sure a lot of his fans will be paying him tribute in some way. He lived a long and prosperous life, though. And I like the fact that he attended so many conventions when he could.

I didn't know about this until after a while but it's sad, I never actually saw many of the stuff that he did but I knew a lot about him and saw bits and pieces.

I was just talking to one of my customers while looking at Facebook, and my jaw literally dropped. My customer seriously thought I was having a minor stroke, but I told him I just found out Leonard Nimoy passed away XD Its very, very sad to say the least. Spock was, without a doubt, both my wife's and my favorite character in the Star Trek series. He will be truly missed by all his family and friends.

Yup Sheldon Cooper is gonna be upset.

I was sad by this but not too surprised. He just went into the hospital a few days ago so I kind of was wondering if this might be it for him. He was incredible for his contribution to Star Trek. It just wouldn't have been the same without him. He is a big part of why that franchise is credible to so many people. Without him it would have just been another cheesy 1960's tv show that would have still been good but not at all the cult hit that it is now. He was the perfect costar to William Shatner. He was my favorite character in the whole franchise.
