I think we're all familiar with Nintendo's loyalty system (Club Nintendo), and how it's shutting down for a different loyalty program.

But that's not what this thread is about. Right now members of Club Nintendo will receive Flipnote Studio 3D until March 12.

Do you think that Flipnote Studio 3D should have been released sooner? That it's awesome?

How many of you remember Flipnote Hatena for the DSi or know of it? Comments?

I never had the original DSi one, and I don't even think I heard of it until Flipnote 3d was announced. I can't say I was devastated when it seemed like it was never going to be released outside of Japan, but it looked really cool, and it was sad to see that they were holding it from us. I have it now though, since I'm signed up with Club Nintendo, and it does seem cool. Especially with how much people were rightfully so complaining about it not being released, I think it is great that they finally did release it, even though it's a little bit limited in the sense that if you get a 3ds after, you may not be able to get it. Hopefully they will release it again in the Eshop again for people in that situation.

I loved Flipnote Hatena, and I've been waiting for another Flipnote for the 3DS since I first got it. It's a shame I've forgotten my Club Nintendo password...
