I want to know if it is possible or if it has already been done if someone has caught all 150 pokemon and where to find them at without ROM hacks or a second cartridge. The use of the missingno glitch is acceptable But thats only because its on one cartridge and it may be able to gain some pokemon i am not already aware of.

legendary mewtwo or the dogs i guess
i don't understand it's so hard to catch those pokemons
eventually those starter pokemons and area unknowns that's impossible to catch
or if you cheat you can catch those as well,,,
but it was so hard to get those pokemons.

i don't believe that it's only a hack game version
and missingno is not real. it's broken piece to me
but i guess legendary suicune raikou, or maybe entei
legendary mewtwo or the dogs i guess

Without abusing glitches or using a second cartridge it is impossible to get all 151 pokemon since some are exclusive to each version and one Pokemon (mew specifically) can only be obtained through the use of a specific glitch which requires you to not have fought certain trainers. Incidentally the glitch also allows you to catch pretty much any Pokemon in the game other than Mew as well. I would explain it but I feel like it's much easier if I just link a bulbapedia article on it:
