So, i have an android phone, been using N64Oid. But I have been wanting to play PSX games on it as well.

So my question is: What is the best one? Idc about it being free. It can be any price.. just not 50

None of them. I heard that since Android emulators are way newer than PC emulators, they all lag very badly. I've also heard that ePSXe and FPse are the best for Android though.

In all honesty, it all comes down to the device you have. In the end of it all, ePSXe and FPse are the two best, but on a horrible device, they will lag like crazy. I have a YouTube video of me playing FFVII on my android (HTC One M7), it runs very smooth and doesn't lag at all.

Basically, if your device sucks, so will your games. I can run PSP on my device somewhat okay, but that lags cause I probably ruined my settings.
