I have a big problem playing this game,if I use "Mupen64Plus" I can't change controls from my keyboard to game pad,I tried double-clicking but the menu is not appearing,and there are some minor glitches with grass and invisible Conker and in "1964" version in can play on game pad but there are some major glitches such as Conkers tail expanding all the way up into the mountain and some weird body expansion that makes the game unplayable,if anyone knows can this be fixed,please tell me.

Should that resolve the problem, let me know. I can also switch the graphic plugin which is used by default for the Mupem64Plus link if needed.
