I been thinking of an retro fan toon room like newgrounds but for those who are very good in the following : story
charcthers
flash animtion
and just plan awesome

.

you pay Viz to watch them and they can only be find here
OR vizzed's version has extras (bloopers, the making)

so what you think ?

(Yeah I know I posted this in the dev fourm before but I can't see what they think thanks to DM :|)

also forgot to add I want it to have rating systems (P-R)

and you can only access them if you are above the age (yeah lets all make 2ed account with birthdate 100 years old

I love the toons in there rating them is a bit of fuss if you have a lot that you havent rated yet but its worth it.

Probably less than 5 people on the entire board has the skills to make flash toons and out of those who do know probably either don't have the time or wouldn't take the time anyway.

So there's no reason to keep this open.
