No, I don't think that that is is allowed, I may be wrong, but I think that it can only be gameplay from the Recorder of the Vizzed emulators. I think i'm right, but I could be wrong.

I'm not sure if that specific thing is OK, but I know for sure that you can use transitions and you can add commentary (voice commentary or displayed on the screen). That's what I did and my videos have been up for a long time. Other people have done those things too I'm sure.
