I've never watched Naruto, so I'd have to say that Pokémon is the better series. I have heard of Naruto, but I don't really know anything about it. With Pokémon, however, I know most things about it (for the first few seasons anyways).

Well both game and anime wise I'd say Naruto is better than Pokemon here is why. Well Pokemon has gotten to and reached a all time low story and plot wise both in the anime and games the original was great but in its recent generation it has gone to utter crap , its getting to be really repetitive, the plot and the ending is predictable and the Pokemon are getting more and more bazaar and unimaginative personally I think Pokemon needs to roll over and finally just die. Naruto on the other hand, powerful story, has purpose and it has suspense along with great dialog and great plot structure, the games are entertaining and keep the gamer captivated in the plot and the ending is unpredictable.
